    Wallpaper removal from Heloise

    1(or 2) cups vinegar
    1 gallon water

    Add the vinegar to the gallon of water it seems to help soften the glue on the walls.
    Be sure to score the wallpaper first with a wallpaper scorer available in building supply
    or wallpaper stores.
    Either fabric softener or vinegar will work, but you don't have to mix them together.
    even a little bit of liquid starch added to some water to thicken it will work.
    The starch helps to hold the water in place long enough to moisten the wallpaper and make it
    easier to remove.
