    Lite Vinaigrette

    List of Ingredients

    Lite Vinaigrette

    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 t. sage
    1 T. parsley, chopped
    1/4 t. oregano
    1/8 t. salt

    Shake well in a container.
    Pour over salad.
    Keep Refrigerated.
    Yields: 1/2 cup
