    Rosemarino Pasta Salad

    1 # of #30 Gia Russa-Orzo Pasta
    1 can (20oz.) pineapple
    2 cans (11oz.) mandarin oranges
    1 jar Maraschino cherries
    1 large container of cool whip
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    2 large eggs

    Cook the Orzo as directon package. Drain well.
    Drain all fruits and reserve all juices.
    Cut fruit into smaller pieces.
    Into juice add: 3/4 c. sugar, and 1/3 c. flour,
    2 large eggs well beaten;
    Mix together and cook until thickened.
    Pour over cooked Pasta and refrigerate for
    several hours or overnight.
    Add chopped fruit and 1 large container of coolwhip.
    Mix well and refrigerate. Enjoy!!
