    SOUR CREAM CORNBREAD

    My 92 year old grandmother passed this recipe on to me years ago. It is very good and easy to make!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1- 8oz can cream style corn
    • 1-8oz carton sour cream
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    • 1 cup self-rising cornmeal
    • 2 Tablespoons baking powder


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Grease 9" square pan and allow to 3-4 minutes in oven to get oil hot.
    3. Mix all ingredients together and pour in prepared pan.
    4. Bake 30-45 minutes.
      Enjoy!
