    Chili with Noodles No beans

    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 medium onion diced
    2- no 203 cans tomatoes
    1 lg or 2 sm cans tomato sauce
    4 oz. cooked noodles
    2 t. salt
    1/4 t. pepper
    1 t. chili powder

    Brown the beef and drain of fat. Add celery, onion and continue to cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoes, sauce, and
    seasonings. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add noodles simmer for about 10 minutes.

    Note:
    If you like your chili thinner add a little extra water.
    If you want it thicker add a little corn starch mixed with a small quantity of water.
    If you want it spicy add some red pepper or hot sauce.
    If you want both beans and rice add the beans at the same time you add the noodles.
