    Jellied Ham Loaf

    Soak 1 T geletin in 1/4 c cold water. Lat stand for 5 minutes then dissolve over boiling water.

    2 c. ground ham
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 hard boiled eggs chopped
    1/2 sm. onion diced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 T. lemon juice
    1/2 t. pimento (optional)

    Mix all the above ingrdients and place into a mold or loaf pan(small) place weight on top of it and firm it in the refrigerator. This is lovely sliced for a luncheon. Or just as a treat for sandwiches at home.
