    Fry Them !!!

    There are many uses for left over mashed potatoes. Here are a few off the top of my head:

    Get a fry pan nice and hot, add some oil and butter to it and fry the potatoes until they are golden brown then turn it over and repeat on the other side.

    Put it into soup to give it some body, it makes the soup heartier.

    Make potato pancakes out of it, all you do is add a couple eggs, a little flour, some grated onion, even garlic if you would like. Mix this well, then place mounds into a hot greased fry pan, pat down with pancake turner, get it nice and golden, then flip and repeat.

    Add to your meatloaf along with you other ingredients.

    Mix it into your pot of chili to make it a little thicker, it gives it body.
