    Bacon and Potato Supper

This recipe depends on how many people are in your family. I make a whole roasting pan full of this because my family just loves it.

I go to the store and buy a box of bacon ends and pieces for this dish. And a bag of potatoes. That with a salad, vegetable, and bread makes up the meal. How much less expensive can you get?

Take an amount of potatoe sufficient to feed your family.
Peel them and slice them for the casserole. Layer the bacon then a row of potato. Sprinkle a T. of flour over this then repeat the layer of potato, bacon, and flour again. Continue doing this until all the potatoes and bacon are gone.

Now pour milk over the whole thing until you can see it coming up the sides some. But, do not over fill you want it to make a yummy sauce not swim in milk.

Place it into a 350 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done when you pierce them with a fork.

Note: I eliminate salt and only sprinkle pepper on this because of the salt in bacon. I have even added cheese over the top to make it a little fancier. Enjoy!!!
