Skirt Steak Marinade
1 can of beer (your choice)
juice of 3 limes
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 small onion diced
2 pkgs Sazon (Mexican seasoning)
Mix the above ingredients well.
Place skirt steaks into a bowl.
Pour above mixture over the steaks, and mix this well,
Making certain all steaks are covered. Cover with saran wrap and put it into the refrigerator overnight. you can marinate other cuts of meat in this also. But we marinate items we are going to cook on the grill outdoors this way. it makes it taste so yummy and tender. Enjoy!!!
