    Country Stuffed Pork Cutlets

    List of Ingredients



    Take 6 cubed pork cutlets
    I Pkg Brownberry Farms stuffing mix or your own home made stuffing.
    1 c. flour
    3 T. canola oil
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Water for simmering

    Recipe



    Roll the pork cutlet around approximately 1/2 c. stuffing.
    Fasten with a toothpick. Dredge in the flour sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place in a heated pan along with the oil. Brown on all sides. Cover with enough water to simmer on low heat for about one hour.
    If you need additional gravy add one pkg pork gravy mix with water and bring to a boil. Serve with warm dinner rolls and mashed potatoes and veggies. I very hearty meal. Enjoy!!!!!!

    Note: If you wish to add mushrooms add them when you add the water for simmering.
