    Our Favorite Ham Loaf

    2 lbs. ground porl (lean)
    1 lb ground cured ham (lean)
    1 egg beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. crushed corn flakes cereal
    1 level t. salt
    1 can tomato soup

    Mix ingredients well. Put into two 4-1/2 X 8 inch loaf pans.
    Or a larger longer pan. Pack lightly. Bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve with horseradish sauce. This feeds 10 people.

    Notes:
    Horseradish sauce recipe is under the sauces section in this site.

    You may substitute leftover baked ham for the cured ham.

    This may easily be cut down to a halk recipe if needed.
