Oven Roasted Potatoes/ Variation
4 med baking potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1/8 t. pepper
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Cut potatoes into wedges. Melt butter in shallow pan.
Brush entire wedge with butter. sprinkle with pepper and Parmesan. Place wedges skin side down in pan. Bake at 425
degrees until potatoes are done about 40 minutes.
Variation: Brush wedges with following mixture:
1/4 t.garlic powder
1/4 c. oil
1 T. Parmesan cheese
1/4 t. paprika
