My Son in Laws Mexican Rice

    Mexican Rice

My son in law doesn't measure so this is going to sound funny to you. But, I gaurantee it turns out good, real good!

First you get a big old pot LOL, then...
add a few T. oil to the bottom of the pot...
Take about two cups of rice (uncooked)
add that to the pot and saute the rice, it will look different after sauteeing.
Now add 1 can of tomato suace and saute this.
After that has sauteed for a few minutes you add about 4 c. water,1 package of Sazon seasoning for rice, 1 or 2 boullion cubes.
Let this cook for about 20 minutes in an open pot. Stir it every couple of minutes to keep it from sticking. When about halfway cooked you add one can of Veg-all mixed vegetables. Finish cooking and voila' Mexican rice.
