Hamburger Hash
2 lbs. ground beef
1 small onion diced
6 medium potatoes diced
1 can peas
2 boullion cubes
sprinkle of pepper
flour or cornstarch for thickening
Brown your beef and onions and drain off excess fat.
Add potatoes and enough water to make the potatoes and beef be covered with liquid. Add boullion cues. Cook until potatoes are cooked. Now take about one to one and one half spoons of either flour or cornsyarch and mix it with about one half cup of water until lumps are gone. Add this to the beef and potatoes strring well until it comes back to a boil. After it comes to a boil cook for one additional minute then drain and add your peas. Sprinkle a little peeper on it and serve with either warm crusty bread, rolls, or just plain old bread and butter.
Note: This is a very economical meal and stretches your dollar. The men really love it!
