Chicken Lickin Good Pork Chops
8 lean pork chope about 1 inch thick
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons oil
1 can chicken and rice soup
1 small onion sliced
1 bay leaf broken in pieces
Dredge pork chops in mixture of flour, salt and garlic powder. Brown in oil in large skillet. Place browned pork chops in crockpot with sliced onions on top of pork chops. Sprinkle broken bay leaf over onion and chops. Add can of soup. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
For those of you who want a little salt and pepper, sprinkle it over pork chops and onions then add the soup...
I have used a variety of chicken soups and it always turns out good.
