I love my Back to Basics Smoothie Elite. The first one I bought at Walmart and then I bought another (with nice added features) at QVC. It works so much better for a smoothie (when using frozen ingredients that it) than a blender. However, I do not use the dispensing nozzle. I pour it out because it's too thick for the nozzle. The QVC brand lets you actually remove the nozzle and cap it off.
So, to the Smoothie Elite I add: 12-15 squirts of (I like to use:) Raspberry flavored sugar-free DaVinci syrup. This is to taste. 15 squirts equals 1/2 cup. Add about 3/4 cup water, 1/4 cup cream and blend well. Add about 2 cups of frozen berries (I buy a triple berry blend - frozen - at Costco which has marion, blue and raspberries). Blend it all until it's smooth and thick. To me this is like starting the day with a big milk shake - it's just delicious and I never get tired of it.
These measurements are all to taste. Depending on what kind of frozen berries you might use - you might want to add more syrup or a couple packets of sweetener - some berries can be quite tart.
Level 2 Smoothie if you use cream. Level 1 without the cream: A good friend of mine loves to make a peach smoothie. She uses the sugar-free Davinci peach syrup and frozen sliced peaches. Omit the cream though to keep it level 1, because adding cream would be level 2.
