Pork with Orange Mustard Sauce

I just made this a few nights ago and into our Favorites it goes! I made it exactly as written. The only advice I'd give is to trim visible fat from the pork first. We like a lot of sauce, but this is the type of sauce I would not double, as it's quite rich and you don't want your pork swimming in it.
List of Ingredients
1 pound pork tenderloin
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1/3 cup sugar free orange syrup
1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon guar gum
Recipe
Slice tenderloin into 3/4" slices and pound until thin. Saute pork slices in pan in oil for few minutes on each side until done. Remove from pan. Stir sauce
ingredients together and pour into pan to heat. Return pork to pan, sprinkled them with the green onions and spoon sauce over.
