Ham & Hashbrown Casserole

Family favorite-
Have made with leftover turkey too.
List of Ingredients
3 cups cut up ham
1 bag OReida hashbrowns (we prefer with the onions and peppers)
1 family size cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or velveeta
Optional- 1/2 cup corn flakes
1/2 tsp butter
Recipe
Cook the ham, mix in a bowl with hashbrowns, soup, sour cream and cheese. Pour in 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake @ 350 for about 1 hour.
Optional- Crumble corn flakes and drizzle with melted butter, return to bake about 5-8 min.
Let cool a bit before serving so soup isn't runny.
