Serves 4-6
List of Ingredients
1 or 2 lbs. lean stew beef, cut into chunks (can be bought this way from the store for convenience)
1 can or jar of spaghetti sauce (Hunt's works well)
1 small or medium onion, thin sliced
1 or 2 large green or red pepper, sliced into 1/2" strips
2 teaspoons of Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master (or use 1 beef bouillon cubes in a pinch)
Recipe
Mix everything together.
Cook 6-8 hours on low.
Serve over as is or over cooked mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
Freeze any extra for another meal (it freezes well)!
