    Makes 6-8 servings

    List of Ingredients




    1 (7-1/2)lb. pork shoulder roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can chicken broth
    2-3 Tlbs. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
    5 or 6 potatoes, peeled, and cut in 4th's
    1/2 large onion, cut in chunks
    1 1lb. bag baby carrots

    Recipe



    Brown Roast on all sides in a little oil.
    Add potatoes, carrots, and onion in crock-pot.
    Put in roast.
    Mix together in a large bowl, the mushroom soup, chicken broth, and dressing mix.
    Pour over roast in the crock-pot and cook on high 4 to 6 hours, or low 9 to 10 hours, or until roast and vegetables are tender.
