Half Ham
Cloves
Ham Glaze:
Combine in glass measuring cup:
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 Tablespoon mustard or 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Orange or Apple Juice to desired consistency (1 1/2 - 2 Tablespoons)
Recipe
Before putting in oven- score outside of ham and insert whole cloves.
Cook as directed.
About 20 minutes before done- remove from oven and pour glaze evenly over ham.
Return to oven and finish heating.
Remove ham from oven.
Remove cloves.
Cover ham with foil and let rest for 15 mins.
Slice and serve.
