List of Ingredients
1 medium-large banana, cut into chunks
1 cup of unsweetened orange juice (for an extra punch use one with another fruit in it)
1/2 cup of milk (your choice as to fat percentage) 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
3 - 4 ice cubes
Recipe
Place the banana, juice, milk, vanilla, and ice cubes in the blender.
Cover and blend until frothy.
Pour smoothie into 2 glasses
