3 pieces pita bread, cut into 12 wedges each
1/2 cup olive oil -- or less as needed
1 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
squeeze lemon juice
salt
Preheat oven to 350. Whisk oil with seasonings and brush pita wedges on both sides with oil mixture.
Lay on a baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle lightly with salt and bake for about 10 minutes; turn wedges over and bake another 3-5 minutes.
Pita crisps should be completely crispy but not too brown. Let cool, then store in a ziploc bar or airtight container
