    A favorite at Christmas for years and years! You can't even find the Nippy cheese any more, so I just use the garlic now. They always go fast!

    Sausage Balls

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    3 cups bisquick® baking mix
    1 pound sausage, preferably hot
    2 6 oz packages nippy or garlic roll cheese (Kraft brand,
    normally)
    dash paprika

    Mix all ingredients well, by hand, and form into small balls. Freeze balls on cookie sheet, then transfer to ziploc bag

    Bake sausage balls at 375 for approximately 7-10 minutes
