Tangy Baked Chicken

4 4 oz boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup reduced calorie Catalina salad dressing
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Combine the peppers and rub onto the chicken breasts.
Combine Catalina dressing, mustard and worcestershire sauce. Lightly brush both sides of each chicken breast wtih the dressing mixture.
Bake, uncovered, in a 375 degree oven for approximately 20-25 minutes.
