    Artichoke-Mushroom Bake

    1 10-oz c sliced mushrooms, drained

    1 14-oz can artichoke hearts, drained

    1 c milk

    2 eggs

    ½ tsp salt

    pinch pepper

    Recipe



    Grease a 1 1/2qt casserole.

    Cover bottom of casserole with mushrooms

    Arrange artichoke hearts on top

    Beat together: milk - eggs - salt & pepper and then pour over the vegetables.

    Bake 40-45 min or until custard is set around edges and slightly soft in center.

    Let stand 10 min. before serving.

    YIELD: 4-6 Servings
