Bread: Artichoke Bruschetta

- 1 ( 6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts. drained and patted dry and chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
- 5 to 6 Tblsp. mayonnaise
- 16 1/3 inch-thick french bread baquette rounds
Instructions
- Place first 3 ingredients in bowl. Mix enough mayonnaise to form thick spread.
- Pre-heat broiler.
- Top bread rounds with spread and arrange Bruschetta on baking sheet. (I use a foil lined broiler pan)
- Broil until spread is heated through and begins to brouwn --about 2 minutes.
