    Bread: Artichoke Bruschetta

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 ( 6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts. drained and patted dry and chopped
    • 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
    • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
    • 5 to 6 Tblsp. mayonnaise
    • 16 1/3 inch-thick french bread baquette rounds


    Instructions


    1. Place first 3 ingredients in bowl. Mix enough mayonnaise to form thick spread.

    2. Pre-heat broiler.

    3. Top bread rounds with spread and arrange Bruschetta on baking sheet. (I use a foil lined broiler pan)

    4. Broil until spread is heated through and begins to brouwn --about 2 minutes.
