    Dip: Artichoke Dip

    Recipe Introduction

    This recipe may come from the back of a can, but it gets nothing but compliments. It's so easy and doesn't require any fancy ingredients.

    List of Ingredients

    14 oz. can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    dash of garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste


    Recipe

    Heat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a medium bowl. Spread in an ungreased 9 inch quiche or pie pan or 1 quart shallow casserole. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve hot or cold with crackers or vegetable dippers.
