    Pinwheels: Bacon Onion Pinwheels

    List of Ingredients

    10 slices Bacon, crisply cooked
    and crumbled
    1/2 cup of onion, finely chopped
    1/4 cup of soft butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. of fresh parsley, chopped
    2 cans (8 oz) of refrigerated
    crescent dinner rolls

    Recipe

    Mix all of the ingredients except the crescent rolls.

    Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 rectangles.

    Firmly press perforations to seal.

    Spread each rectangle evenly with the bacon mixture, then roll up starting from the short side.

    Cut each roll into 4 slices.

    Place the pinwheels on un-greased cookie sheets and flatten slightly.

    Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

    YIELD: 32 Pinwheels
