    Seafood: Bacon & Maple Sweet Sea Scallops

    List of Ingredients

    24 fresh sea scallops
    6 slices bacon, lean
    24 toothpicks soaked in water for 5 minutes
    Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup
    (may also use Vermont Sugar Free or Cozy Cottage syrups oR any maple syrup)




    Recipe

    Wrap scallops with bacon and secure with toothpicks. Marinate with Pure Maple Syrup. Cover and refrigerate for an hour or more.

    Broil or grill, basting and turning until crisp on all sides. Drain on paper plate. Arrange on plate with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
