1 pound deli Roast Beef, sliced thinly
1/2 pound deli Turkey Breast, sliced thinly
a few Green Olives stuffed with Pimento, sliced
Curly leafed Parsley for garnish
Recipe
Fold each cut of meat into approximately a one-inch or more width.
Start with the folded beef slices, placing them on the outer portion of the tray, going around in a circle. Place the turkey in the second row on top of the beef slices, approximately one-inch or more up from the edge. Continue placing all the folded meat around the tray until it is completely covered.
Garnish with parsley in the center of the tray as well as other areas and add a few sliced stuffed green olives for color and it is ready to serve, or it can be covered and refrigerated to be served at a later time.
