    Bread: Monterery - Spinach Melts

    List of Ingredients

    4 oz Monterery Jack
    1/4 cup Mayonnaise
    1/4 cup Sour cream
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    9 oz Spinach, fzn chopped thawed, drained, patted dry
    1/3 cup Carrot, chopped
    1/4 cup Onion, chopped
    1 Loaf French bread, sliced into 20 pieces

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375.

    Cut bread into 20 thins slices; cover and set aside.
    In large bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, salt and garlic; mix until well blended.

    Stir in spinach, carrot and onion.
    Spread rounded tbsp full spinach mixture onto each bread slice.

    Place on baking sheet; top with cheese.

    Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is crisp. Serve warm.
