50 baguette slices, sliced diagonally
1 cup prepared pesto
12 ounces cheese, cut into 50 thin slices to fit baguette slices
50 roasted red pepper strips, about 1-inch by 1/2-inch
Recipe
Toast baguette slices on baking sheet at 400 degrees 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once.
Spread toasted baguette slices with pesto, then top with cheese and red pepper.
