    Brie: Apple Cranberry Pear Baked Brie

    List of Ingredients




    1 kilo (2.2 pounds)Martin-Collet® Brie
    1 (10 ounce) jar Earth & Vine Apple Cranberry Pear Chutney
    ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
    ½ cup pomegranate seeds
    zest of one orange
    baguette slices, apple wedges, pear slices

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Remove rind from top of Brie; place in ovenproof serving dish.

    Combine chutney and crushed red peppers; spoon over top of brie.

    Bake Brie until softened and heated through, about 12-15 minutes.

    Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and orange zest over brie.

    Serve warm with baguette slices, apples and pears.

    SERVES: 16 to 20

    Note: To seed pomegranate; cut into fourths, pull outer skin away and place in a bowl of cool water. Seeds will settle to bottom and white pith will rise to top.
