You heard it through the grapevine -- these cheese and pistachio-covered grapes are a fun and flavorful finger food for any occasion.
List of Ingredients
1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
2 tsp. port wine
1/3 cup finely chopped pistachio nuts, pecans, or almonds
1 large bunch seedless red or green grapes (40 to 60 grapes)
Recipe
In a small bowl combine cream cheese, blue cheese and port wine. Wrap a little of the cheese mixture around each grape. Roll grapes in chopped nuts. Cover and chill grapes for 30 to 60 minutes, or until serving time.
