List of Ingredients
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp A-1 Sauce
3-4 oz. crabmeat, minced
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
Mix 1 egg with 1 Tbsp. water (EGG WASH)
Won Ton WrappersRecipe
Mix the first 5 ingredients together.
Brush the Won Tons with egg wash mixture.
Place dollop of crab mixture onto Won Ton Wrapper. Fold as for turnovers. Put on well-floured pan and refrigerate.
Fry until golden brown.
Serve with choice of sauces. (Duck sauce - Hoisin sauce)
