    Dip: Crabmeat Dip

    Recipe Introduction

    Fran and George threw a cast party for us after "Noises Off". The show was great and so was this dip! George was wonderful as Lloyd, the director. He's gone now but we will always remember him as a good friend and a generous fellow actor with a lot of class.

    List of Ingredients

    16 oz. cream cheese - room temperature
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 Tblsp. dry mustard
    1 Tblsp. grated onion
    1/2 cup dry white wine
    1 pound fresh crabmeat
    salt to taste

    Recipe

    Place all ingredients except the crabmeat in a double boiler. Heat and blend until creamy or until an even consistancy is obtained. Stir in the crabmeat.
    Serve WARM with crackers.

    (If you make this ahead of time, you can freeze it - to heat, put it in the oven until it bubbles.)
