    List of Ingredients




    1 pound ground beef or pork
    1/4 cup chopped green onion
    1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts
    2 teaspoons minced garlic
    1/2 cup diced shiitake mushroom caps
    1/3 cup Chinablue Sesame Soy sauce
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1 teaspoon chili sauce with garlic
    1 tablespoon dry sherry
    2 packages Athens Mini Fillo Shells
    3 tablespoons sliced green onion tops

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Brown beef in skillet over medium heat, Drain fat and stir in green onion, water chestnuts, garlic and mushrooms. Sauté 5 minutes.

    In small mixing bowl combine soy sauce, cornstarch, chili sauce, and sherry. Pour into skillet and cook, stirring until thickened.

    Arrange fillo shells on baking sheet. Spoon 1 rounded teaspoon filling into each fillo cup. Bake 5-7 minutes.
    Sprinkle with green onion tops and serve warm

    YIELD: 30 appetizers
