Dip: Coyote Ranch Dip

Recipe Introduction


It is a cross between 7 layer dip and bean dip, but so good.



List of Ingredients




1 brick cream cheese
2 cans Hormel Hot chili with beans
1 T lemon juice
garlic salt
2 or more dashes of Tabasco
1 small minced onion
1 can chopped olives
1 c grated cheddar cheese (prefer the sharp)



Recipe



Mash beans slightly, add cream cheese, and mix. Heat to melt mixture, a few minutes in microwave with occassional stirring works best. Add lemon juice, garlic salt, and Tabasco.

Mix together.

Garnish in layers on top with onions, olives and cheese. Serve warm with tortilla chips.


I also just mix them all together and keep it in a small fondue pot to keep warm with a little extra cheese on top to melt.
