Dip: Hot Sausage and Spinach Dip

List of Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 12-ounce roll hot breakfast sausage
1 large yellow onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 16-ounce jar TOSTITOS® All Natural Salsa
1 10-ounce package chopped spinach, thawed and drained


Recipe

In a large skillet over medium heat, place the oil, sausage, onion, and garlic.

Cook, breaking up the sausage into small pieces, until the onions are golden and the sausage is well browned.

Stir in the remaining ingredients and simmer gently for 5 minutes, until the cream cheese is melted and the dip is hot throughout.
