    Spread: Indian Cheese Spread

    Brewster Inn B&B, Dexter, Maine

    List of Ingredients

    10 ounces grated cheddar
    2 Tablespoons chutney
    2 teaspoons curry powder
    2 Tablespoons English mustard
    4 Tablespoons milk
    2 Tablespoons lemon juice

    Recipe

    Blend all ingredients together, in food processor if possible.

    Serve on crackers.

    (I pinch hit for chutney with a mixture of preserves, vinegar, and hot sauce.)
