List of Ingredients

1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup chopped red pepper (optional)
RITZ Crackers



Recipe

MIX sour cream and salad dressing mix in medium bowl until well blended.
ADD spinach, cheese and red pepper; mix well. Cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
SERVE as a spread on crackers.


Fun Idea: Spread each RITZ Cracker with spinach spread in circular pattern to resemble a wreath. Decorate with additional roasted red pepper pieces to resemble bows.
