List of Ingredients
6 cherry tomatoes
1 soupspoon of Pallini lemon liquor
1 bunch of cilantro, roughly chopped
1 good splash of French's hot sauce
1/2 onion, peeled and roughly chopped
5 ripe avocados
1 soupspoon of seasoned salt
3 cloves of garlic
Recipe
Place all the ingredients except the avocados and salt inside your Hamilton Beach food processor and pulse briefly.
Split the avocados lengthwise and remove the pits. Save one pit. Scoop out the avocado flesh and add it to the processor. Pulse a few times. Next, add the salt. To keep guacamole from turning brown (if not serving immediately) add the reserved pit and cover with plastic wrap.
Serve with tortilla chips.
