    Dip: Pat's Taco Dip

    List of Ingredients

    8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
    1 cup ketchup
    2 Tbls. horseradish
    1 small can of shrimp (drained)
    1 samll can of olives (drained)
    1 ripe tomato, diced
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    scallions, chopped (to taste)
    8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

    Recipe

    Spread cream cheese evenly in the bottom of two (2) 9-inch pie plates.

    Combine ketchup, horseradish and shrimp, them spread over the cream cheese.

    Layer the remaining ingredients on top in the following order:

    Tomato
    Green Pepper
    Scallions
    Olives
    Cheese

    Serve with taco chips or Wheat Thins.
