List of Ingredients
One can of water packed artichoke hearts, drained (13 oz. can)
One cup of Best Foods mayo (Hellmans mayo west of the Rockies) not low fat!
One cup of Kraft Parmesan in the plastic or cardboard box (do not grate your own!) It won't work.
Recipe
In a pretty pie plate, chop up the drained artichoke hearts. Blend in the Mayo and the cheese. Place in a 375 oven for 30 to 40 min. till brown and crusty on the top. Serve with Melba toast or crackers.
