4 small new potatoes (1 1/2" diameter)
1/2 t Seasoned salt
1/2 t Seasoned pepper
1/4 t crushed bay leaves
8 slices bacon, cut in half crosswise
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400. Wash potatoes and cut into quarters. Sprinkle each with a mixture of Seasoned salt, Seasoned pepper and bay leaves. Wrap 1 bacon piece around each potato piece. Sprinkle with any remaining seasonings. Place in baking dish and bake uncovered 20 min. or until bacon is crispy and potatoes are cooked through. Drain on paper towels. Serve with sour cream and chives, if desired.
