Puff Pastry Hearts

1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/2 sheet puff pastry, thawed
3 thin slices honey-baked ham
1 oz. fresh basil or baby spinach leaves, stems removed
3 thin (5x3-inch) slices Swiss cheese
Recipe
1. Heat oven to 425ºF. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Spread mustard over puff pastry; top with ham, basil and cheese. Roll short side of dough up, continuing until roll reaches middle of dough. Roll other side until both rolls meet in the middle. Turn roll on its side; form into heart shape. Cut dough into about 10 (1/2-inch) slices with bread knife, using sawing motion.
3. Place hearts on baking sheet. (Hearts can be made to this point up to 2 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate.) Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
