Rice & Black Bean Bake

List of Ingredients
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 jar (8 ounces) picante sauce
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Corn or tortilla chipsRecipe
In a bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Stir in the rice, sour cream and 1 cup of cheese. Transfer to a greases 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350o F for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve with corn or tortilla chips.
