    Seafood: Crab Dabs

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound crab meat
    1/3 cup bread crumbs
    2 tablespoons sherry
    1 teaspoon chives
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    10 strips bacon, cut into thirds

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients except bacon. Mix well and chill for 30 minutes.

    Roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls. Wrap in bacon.
    Broil 10 minutes, turn and broil for five more, or until bacon is crisp.

    Yields 30.
