Sirloin Teriyaki

2 lbs. boneless sirloin
3/4 cup pineapple juice
3/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic, peeled and mashed
Lots of fresh-cracked black pepper (about 1 tsp.)
Recipe
Cut steak into 1/4 inch thick slices. Stir into bowl pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and pepper. Add steak slices and marinate in bowl for 2 hours or more.
Soak skewers for 30 min. in cold water. Thread steak slices onto skewers and broil (over hot coals or in stove broiler) until beef is cooked to desired doneness. Place beef back into marinade and serve warm or tepid.
